We support two completely different methods to withdraw your PED to Entropia Universe, our Live Withdraw method and our Discord Request method.

Live withdraws have no minimum PED requirement.
Please do not trade with any other character, only trade with Ryunosuke Nika jeDutchy, Xanato Xan Kaso or Caimen Caimen Rochford. We will never ask you for items or PED during the withdraw process. There is no withdraw fee during Live Withdraw sessions.

To keep the process running smoothly, walk up to our representative, hold down right click on them and Trade. This notifies us that you want to withdraw. We will look up your account via your entropa universe name in the trade window and withdraw your full funds by default and trade them to you. In the chatbox if you wish to withdraw some other amount, you can notify us there. We also now allow deposits.
We are now allowing deposits into Lootius.io which can be used to buy items from the Dungeon Market or purchase Boosts in the Dungeon Boost Store.
Deposits cannot be used for gift cards or other game withdrawals. This is to maintain compliance with MindArk Terms of Use and policies. These options must be earned through offerwall/dungeon/crate hunt completions.
You can request a deposit via Discord #withdraw channel, or during our Live Withdraw periods.
Deposits can be committed via our shopkeeper on our LandArea OLA #44 and your deposit will be processed as soon as possible.

Discord On-Demand Requests are requested through the #withdraw channel on our Discord server. Simply say you would like to withdraw and someone will DM you as soon as we can. Available times vary. In general for requested withdraw, you will meet us at the Camp Icarus teleporter.
